  • We would urge you to read the entire privacy policy document but in order to give you a quick overview the following are the 11 main points of our privacy policy.

  • We will never share (sell, rent, swap, give or exchange) your personal information with a third party unless we are directed by legal obligations.

  • Customer credit card information is stored offline for security reasons.

  • All credit card payments are made through a dedicated credit card payment terminal which is completely secure.

What Happens When I Register On your Web Site?

In order to use certain features of our Web Site, a User must first complete a registration process. During registration a User is required to provide basic contact information such e-mail address. Depending on the feature being used, the User may be required to provide other information associated with the use of that particular feature. For example, a User signing up for our newsletter service will be required to provide an e-mail address and first name.

Do you log customer information on your web site?

What Other Mechanisms does Ladders.ie use to track the User?

Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Ladders.ie uses ‘Trend Micro’ which is a recognised leading corporate anti virus software. All communications to customers have been scanned to ensure they are safe. Virus Definitions are updated on a daily basis and our Microsoft software is scanned for security vulnerability daily.
